After exploring so many faces, this was my first attempt at a landscape. I found a photo on the internet of the sacred, enchanting land of Vṛndāvana, and was inspired by the sweet songs of the gopīs. In this painting, I tried to capture the soft sands of Rāman Reṭī, with the Radha-Madan Mohan Temple standing serenely in the background. While it was my first step into landscapes, it was also a journey into the mood, devotion, and sweetness of Vṛndāvana itself—a place that always calls my heart home.

Translation
O dearly beloved! Your lotus feet are so soft that we place them gently on our breasts, fearing that Your feet will be hurt. Our life rests only in You. Our minds, therefore, are filled with anxiety that Your tender feet might be wounded by pebbles as You roam about on the forest path.
